The Millwork Package
Our signature service. Wellington House specializes in custom cabinetry and millwork design that balances form, function, and precision. Kitchens are our core focus, and we also work on bathroom vanities, built-in cabinetry, mudrooms, laundry rooms, home offices, and entertainment units.
Using SketchUp software, we develop detailed 2D floor plans and 3D renderings so you can see exactly how your space will look before a single cabinet is installed. From layout and flow to hardware and finish, every decision is intentional and every result is one of a kind. We deliver a complete millwork package ready to hand directly to your cabinet maker or carpenter.
The Blueprint
The Blueprint is for clients who have a contractor in place and want a professional design direction they can hand off and execute with confidence. We develop the full design from concept through to a complete specification package, including space planning, finish selections, construction drawings, 3D renderings, and detailed spec sheets for every element of the project.
Once the package is delivered, procurement, ordering, quantities, and project management are in your hands. You take it from there and run with it. For clients who are well-organized and have trusted trades, this is an efficient and focused way to get a design you could not have landed on your own.
Furniture procurement is available as an add-on for clients requiring access to trade-only furnishings and installation.
Turnkey
Our Turnkey service is the most comprehensive way to work with Wellington House. We manage the full design process, handle all procurement and sourcing, and stay actively involved through every stage of the build. Cody's role on each project is determined collaboratively based on your needs, whether that means leading the construction directly or working alongside your existing contractor to ensure the design is executed exactly as intended.
